How you will do it   Monthly/weekly Reporting of Service Tickets for local customers.
Assist Service Manager and Service Team leaders in coordinating Service department tasks.
Create POs to vendors to purchase parts needed for service tickets, and for local stock.
Work with the Installation Teams on the handing over process for completed projects.
Collect and analyze data from Service tickets to measure the efficiency and improve the quality of our services.
Follow up with the customers and collect their feedback.
Gathering all necessary information for final close-out documents.
Perform administrative functions including but not limited to answering phones, correspondence with customers, filing, and other duties.
This is a 24-hour call center with scheduled shifts. Hours may vary between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM, so flexibility is required.
What we look for   Required College Diploma preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required, plus one to two years of related work experience, preferably within a service/sales, or technical work environment.
Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external clients.
Must have the ability to simultaneously handle a large and diverse number of projects, tasks and issues with tact, cooperation, and persistence.
Ability to prioritize work activities based upon financial impact to desired business goals.
Experience and/or basic project accounting or costing principals is desired.
Must have proficient computer skills within the following applications:
Microsoft Word, Excel, ACCESS, Desktop Publishing and Internet business application usage.
Must demonstrate the ability to perform work independently and demonstrate solid organizational and attention to detail skills.
Availability to work any shift is required.

Salary and Benefits  HIRING SALARY RANGE: $52,000-$65,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
