Job Summary    Financial Planning and Analysis:  Develop and oversee financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, to support strategic initiatives and financial performance monitoring.
Financial Reporting:  Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and disclosures in compliance with Ind AS and regulatory requirements.
Management Reporting:  Provide regular financial insights and analysis to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
Taxation and Compliance:  Manage tax planning, compliance, and reporting activities, including GST, TDS payments and return filings and other relevant taxes, ensuring adherence to Indian tax laws and regulations.
Audit Management:  Coordinate and manage external audits, ensuring timely and accurate provision of financial information and addressing audit findings and recommendations.
Qualifications & Experience   Demonstrated ability to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
Proven expertise in financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and transparency.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
Deep understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
Looking for CA; MBA/PGDM in Finance or advanced degree preferred.
