Accounting Analyst Position

Become part of the Accounting Shared Services team in Brampton, Ontario. This role requires expertise in financial accuracy and operational efficiency, with a hybrid work model.

As an Accounting Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in supporting accurate financial reporting and resolving transactional issues. With 2-3 years of experience preferred, your analytical skills will shine as you audit store transactions, coordinate with teams, and recommend process improvements. You’ll directly impact the department's efficiency through your innovative approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily audits on store transactions

• Analyze and resolve out-of-balance issues

• Coordinate with teams for accurate financial transaction reflection

• Prepare policy and procedures for accounting operations

• Monitor project progress and track findings

Requirements:

• University degree in Accounting or Finance

• 2-3 years in a similar role

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Familiarity with Oracle and Cadency preferred

• Ability to work independently and in teams
