As a Personal Banking Associate, you will play a vital role in meeting the day-to-day banking needs of customers while fostering strong relationships. You will be responsible for guiding customers through various transactions and offering digital banking education. Key Responsibilities:
• Engage customers with banking solutions and services
• Educate clients on digital banking tools
• Assist in cash and non-cash transactions
• Foster communication between customers and bank staff

Requirements:
• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience
• Investment Funds Canada (IFC) certification within 6 months
• Proficiency in MS Office and branch software
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Self-starter with excellent multitasking abilities
