As the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), you will be integral to the organization’s financial success. Partnering with business leaders across operational and finance functions, you will drive effective planning and analysis, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Your expertise will directly support financial insights and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee financial reporting, including balance sheets and income statements
• Coordinate annual budgets for all legal entities
• Prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts with accuracy
• Lead the monthly reporting and consolidation process
• Simplify complex information using advanced analysis tools
Requirements:
• 5–7 years in financial management, including 3 years in leadership
• CPA designation required; MBA a plus
• Proficiency in Excel for managing large data sets
• Bilingual in Spanish is a significant advantage
• Experience in team management and development
