As Comptroller, you will guide the Finance Department in maintaining integrity and compliance across all financial processes. Key duties include managing financial reports, supporting funding negotiations, and ensuring robust accounting systems. You'll play a pivotal role in connecting funding to impactful agency operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support Finance Department operational effectiveness

• Execute and maintain effective accounting policies and controls

• Prepare financial statements and reports for stakeholders

• Oversee cash flow management and reconciliations

• Manage auditor interactions and compliance requirements

Requirements:

• Related degree with a CA, CMA, or CGA designation

• 5+ years of financial experience preferred

• 3+ years in a management role

• Expertise in GAAP and compliance

• Strong skills in communication and change management
