Position: Finance Analyst AP/AR with Vaco

Take your accounting career to the next level as a Finance Analyst focusing on AP and AR at Vaco by Highspring. This position emphasizes manual invoicing and effective cash application management.

Vaco by Highspring is on the lookout for an experienced AP/AR Analyst to manage billing cycles and maintain customer relations regarding payments. You will engage in full-cycle Accounts Payable and cash application processes while ensuring customer invoices are up-to-date. Strong skills in Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables, as well as SAP experience, are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the timely issuance of invoices

• Handle customer payments and credit applications

• Perform full-cycle Accounts Payable functions

• Monitor customer accounts and aging reports

• Engage with customers on outstanding invoices

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting or related field

• 2+ years of experience in AP and AR roles

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and SAP software

• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up abilities
