Location: Georgetown
Become Vice President of Finance at The First Nations Capital and Infrastructure Agency of Saskatchewan and spearhead financial leadership that empowers First Nations communities towards sustainable development.
In this pivotal role, you'll support FNCIAS’s CEO and Board, ensuring sound financial operations aligned with community-centered strategies. Your expertise will facilitate the formation of financial policies and oversight of budgeting processes, enhancing FNCIAS’s mission to close resource gaps in housing and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Formulate and manage multi-year financial strategies
• Present detailed financial reports to the governance team
• Oversee budgeting, cash flow, and risk management
• Engage with community leaders for collaborative financial initiatives
• Enhance transparency and compliance within financial operations
Requirements:
• Must hold CPA and relevant business education
• A minimum of 10 years in finance or accounting roles
• Familiarity with First Nations financial legislation required
• Experience in operationalizing complex financial strategies
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
