Position: Financial Controller for Manufacturing Plants
Location: Halton Hills

Take charge of financial operations as a Controller at a growing food manufacturing company. This pivotal role involves support across 3 plants and is ideal for a strategic finance professional.

As the Controller, you will lead financial reporting, provide insights that drive operations, and mentor a dedicated accounting team. Your expertise will influence decision-making at the executive level, making you a key player in operational success and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage comprehensive financial reporting and month-end closes

• Conduct margin and variance analysis for informed decisions

• Act as a financial business partner to Plant Managers

• Guide accounting staff towards achieving set performance goals

• Present financial findings to the CEO and CFO

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting fields

• Professional accounting designation: CMA, CGA, CA, or CPA

• At least 10 years of relevant financial experience

• Previous work in a food manufacturing environment

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in team settings
