Key Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly financial statement preparation and reviews

• Support the financial close in accordance with GAAP

• Coordinate audit and tax filing processes

• Analyze operational costs and performance metrics

• Streamline financial processes for efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting

• 5-8 years of progressive finance experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Experience with ERP systems and financial consolidation

• Strong analytical skills and cross-functional communication
