The Duty Billing Analyst plays a critical role in the DTP and DTU programs, executing batch processing and ensuring accurate billing of duties and taxes. You will conduct audits, manage exceptions, and collaborate with various departments to maintain the integrity of financial data in a logistics environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee batch processing for DTP & DTU programs

• Prepare and distribute batch files to raters

• Review documentation for compliance with federal regulations

• Conduct audits on duty billing data and classifications

• Provide reconciliation reports to support Finance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Strong capabilities in data management

• Advanced Excel skills necessary

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Detail-oriented and adaptable in high-pressure situations
