Position: Trade Spend Rebate Analyst at Sofina
Become a Trade Spend Rebate Analyst at Sofina Foods, responsible for processing customer rebate claims with precision. Ensure accuracy and compliance in sales volume verification and ERP setup.

In this critical role reporting to the Manager of Trade Spend, you'll engage with the Sales department and Business Performance area to establish accurate rebate plans. Your expertise will be essential for reviewing liability amounts, documenting customer payments, and resolving deduction issues. You will also conduct analyses of General Ledger accounts, contributing to internal reporting for Finance and Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up rebate plans accurately in the ERP system

• Prepare documentation for customer payments and deductions

• Contact customers to resolve deduction disputes

• Analyze General Ledger accounts for accurate liability reporting

• Provide ad hoc reports on rebate plan activity to Finance

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of accounting experience

• University degree in accounting or finance

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and account reconciliations

• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
