Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis

Drive financial strategy with a leading real estate organization as a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A. Engage in budgeting, forecasting, and developing insightful financial reports that guide growth.

This role with a reputable real estate company seeks a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A, focused on critical financial planning processes. You will help create bottom-up forecasts and communicate their strategic implications to business leaders. Your ability to process and analyze financial data will be essential in introducing reporting improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the financial planning process for forecasting

• Develop impacts on cash flow and financial positions

• Collaborate and summarize reports for key metrics

• Execute dashboards for vital stakeholders

• Identify enhancements in financial reporting methods

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting

• CPA qualification or in progress

• At least 4 years in financial planning roles

• Strong Excel and analytical modeling skills

• MS BI Technology familiarity is advantageous
