Position: Operational Finance Controller Role
Location: Halton Hills

Elevate your career as a Controller for a prominent food manufacturing company overseeing multiple sites. This hands-on role supports financial operations within three plants and two distribution centers.

You will be integral in financial reporting and operations support while partnering with Plant Managers. Leading an accounting team, you will translate financial metrics into actionable recommendations and engage with the executive team for strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive month-end close and oversee financial packages

• Perform accurate EBITDA and variance analyses

• Assist Plant Managers with operational finance strategies

• Lead and develop a team of five accounting professionals

• Ensure the presentation of financial results to senior leadership

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business

• Minimum 10 years of progressive financial experience

• Must possess CMA, CGA, CA, or CPA designation

• Manufacturing experience, ideally in food processing

• Proven leadership and team development skills
