- Lead the development and management of the annual operating budget and multi-year financial planning process.
- Oversee financial operations, including accounting, cash flow management, payroll administration, and regulatory reporting.
- Prepare and present quarterly financial, investment, and variance reports for senior leadership and governance committees.
- Support annual audits and ensure compliance with applicable financial, tax, and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and enhance finance policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Provide ongoing support to governance committees through meeting preparation, reporting, and strategic recommendations.
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in finance.
- Professional accounting designation (CPA) or equivalent financial leadership experience.
- Demonstrated experience developing budgets, financial forecasts, and organizational financial strategies.
- Strong knowledge of financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, payroll administration, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience supporting boards, councils, committees, or governance structures.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively with executive leaders and stakeholders.
