Our client, a respected organization in the healthcare sector, is seeking a strategic and collaborative Finance Manager to join their team. This role plays a critical part in guiding the organization's financial stewardship and long-term operational success.

• Lead the development and management of the annual operating budget and multi-year financial planning process.
• Oversee financial operations, including accounting, cash flow management, payroll administration, and regulatory reporting.
• Prepare and present quarterly financial, investment, and variance reports for senior leadership and governance committees.
• Support annual audits and ensure compliance with applicable financial, tax, and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and enhance finance policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Provide ongoing support to governance committees through meeting preparation, reporting, and strategic recommendations.

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in finance.
• Professional accounting designation (CPA) or equivalent financial leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience developing budgets, financial forecasts, and organizational financial strategies.
• Strong knowledge of financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, payroll administration, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience supporting boards, councils, committees, or governance structures.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively with executive leaders and stakeholders.
