Join CGL for a 16-month temporary role as a Risk and Control Manager. Your proven experience in risk management will be critical as you collaborate with various teams to monitor operational risks and establish effective control measures. By developing risk assessments and remediation plans, you will ensure the integrity and accuracy of enterprise risk operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess operational impacts and minimize risks with business partners
• Develop risk control assessments and actionable strategies
• Maintain business processes and evaluate control effectiveness
• Document and test control measures thoroughly
• Generate comprehensive risk reports for proactive oversight
Requirements:
• Five years of experience in Risk Management or Auditing
• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• CPA or CIA certification preferred
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Strong English proficiency for communication and documentation
