This temporary full-time position involves being a crucial member of the collections team. You will assess inquiries, manage payment processing, and negotiate repayments while maintaining a professional demeanor. Your effective communication skills will be critical in delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound inquiries to resolve customer issues
• Make proactive outbound calls to ensure payment collection
• Document all activities and customer interactions accurately
• Educate clients on self-service options and procedures
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Bilingual in French is a strong asset
• Ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively
