Position: CIBC Private Wealth Client Manager

This role involves supporting the Relationship Manager by ensuring seamless relationship management for high-net-worth clients. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, an understanding of investment portfolios, and the ability to manage multiple clients while delivering a high level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to Private Wealth clients

• Manage new account openings and financial transactions

• Address client inquiries and maintain accounts diligently

• Communicate promptly with clients via phone

• Anticipate client needs and devise solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

• At least 5 years of client service experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong understanding of investment products

• Technical proficiency in MS Office applications
