Reporting to the Head of ORRO Governance, this role serves as part of the Independent Risk Management function. You'll actively oversee risk domains and provide guidance to promote operational effectiveness across multiple business lines. Exceptional communication and analytical skills are key for driving risk awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead oversight of business continuity and change risk

• Identify and escalate non-compliance in timely manner

• Propose new controls to address risk gaps identified

• Analyze operational incidents and ensure resolution plans

• Conduct thematic reviews to identify enterprise-level issues

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years in operational risk or compliance

• Solid understanding of financial services industry

• Familiarity with disaster recovery and risk management

• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

• High proficiency in MS Office and data tools
