As a Member Services Specialist, you'll conduct meetings at assigned branches, helping members navigate their financial journeys. Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and conduct meetings with Members for consultations

• Handle complex member inquiries and provide resolutions

• Analyze financial needs and recommend suitable loan products

• Process financial transactions and evaluate member issues

• Train new team members in specialties and policies

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience needed

• 1-3 years of prior experience in finance

• Licensing in real estate or consumer lending may be required

• Knowledge of credit union policies and regulations
