This role is critical for supporting financial leadership as you work closely with Operations and Supply Chain teams. You will use your extensive knowledge in product costing, overhead management, and financial modeling to ensure precise cost visibility and effective decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a financial partner to manufacturing operations
• Analyze production capacity and efficiency metrics
• Manage manufacturing overhead pools and compliance
• Assist in developing budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans
• Create cost models to support pricing and program bids
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or similar
• 4+ years progressive finance experience
• Proficient in advanced Excel functions
• Understanding of GAAP standards
• Exceptional skills in cross-functional communication
