Reporting to the Finance Administrator, your day-to-day duties will involve managing client invoicing, reconciliation of bank accounts, and assisting with financial reports. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in Indigenous Financial Administration for those who identify as Indigenous and are entering a new career chapter.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage client invoice issuance and recording
• Record and track all financial receipts
• Produce monthly Aged Receivables Reports
• Support Housing Coordinator with updates
• Assist in the annual audit process
Requirements:
• Must identify as First Nation, Metis, or Inuit
• At least 18 years of age
• Recently graduated or transitioning into finance
• Post-secondary education in relevant fields
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office
