MDA Space Senior Financial Analyst Position

Join MDA Space as a Senior Analyst - Financial Planning & Analysis in Brampton, ON, focusing on P&L consolidation and providing strategic budgeting support. Become a vital part of our Corporate Finance team.

In this instrumental role, you will manage the monthly consolidation of Profit & Loss statements, assisting with key forecasting activities for CAPEX and OPEX. Your capability to analyze financial data and generate narratives will aid in executive reporting and presentations. You will work closely with multiple departments, enhancing collaboration and trust-based relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the consolidation of P&L statements for reporting

• Spearhead Month End Forecasting for CAPEX and OPEX

• Provide timely data support for budgeting processes

• Develop comprehensive reports for management use

• Support special corporate projects as needed

Requirements:

• 5+ years accounting experience with a CPA designation

• Experience in a dynamic IFRS environment

• High-level proficiency in Excel and Microsoft tools

• Ability to synthesize large data volumes effectively

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
