In the Rogers Consolidation Finance team, the Senior Financial Analyst will report directly to the Finance Manager. This role focuses on managing financial reports, advising on results analysis, and leading budget preparations. Your financial insights will be key in identifying both risks and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Finance Manager with financial initiative oversight

• Generate detailed monthly reporting packages, highlighting trends

• Develop new performance reports standardized for operations

• Oversee the preparation of annual budgeting

• Act as a key contact for various finance teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and accounting finance designation

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance

• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency

• Knowledge of Oracle Financials and Essbase is plus

• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels
