Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and evaluate finance team performance

• Prepare and review monthly financial statements

• Conduct variance analysis and coordinate budgeting

• Manage financial reporting for external funders

• Ensure adherence to internal controls and auditing regulations

Requirements:

• CPA or close to completing required

• 5+ years of accounting and finance experience

• Experience in healthcare or nonprofit sectors needed

• Advanced proficiency in financial software and Excel
