Position: Sofina Foods Trade Spend Manager
Lead trade spend management as the Trade Spend Manager at Sofina Foods. This role focuses on monitoring rebates and ensuring financial processes align accurately with business performance goals.

In this key position reporting to the Senior Manager AR Trade Spend, you will handle all aspects of trade spend, including deductions and payment requisitions. You'll utilize your 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis to collaborate with Sales for prompt approvals, manage audits, and generate reports for management. Effective communication and strong analytical skills are crucial to support document management and risk assessment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize Promotions Funding and End User Contracts

• Manage ERP codes for accurate accrual and reconciliation

• Lead alignment meetings with Sales and Business Performance

• Review customer program audits and ensure compliance

• Prepare monthly updates for management presentations

Requirements:

• Relevant degree in Finance, pursuing CPA preferred

• 5-7 years specialized in pricing and trade spend analysis

• Experience with various ERP systems required

• Excel and MS Office expertise

• Excellent communication and analytical ability
