This role collaborates directly with the finance leadership and operational teams in a manufacturing context. You will support financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting processes, applying your analytical skills to various manufacturing locations. Your insights will aid in identifying risks and opportunities within business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on the annual budgeting and forecasting process

• Develop financial models for operational improvements

• Perform variance and risk assessments for decision making

• Analyze manufacturing KPIs and efficiency trends

• Prepare high-quality financial reports and analyses

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field

• 5-8 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis

• Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel

• Experience with in a manufacturing finance environment

• CPA or CPA enrollment is an advantage
