Epic North is hiring an outgoing and reliable guide for winter tours from late August 2026 to March 31, 2027. Responsibilities include conducting nature interpretation tours and facilitating memorable Aurora Lounge experiences for guests. This crucial role requires strong customer service skills while embracing the stunning winter landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead guided sightseeing, nature, and driver tours

• Organize airport and hotel meet and greets

• Conduct 4-5 Aurora viewing sessions weekly

• Manage setup and takedown of the Aurora Lounge

• Handle occasional snow removal and property tasks

Requirements:

• Hold a valid Class 4 Driver's Licence

• Past guiding or customer service experience essential

• First Aid with CPR-C certification required

• Professional, reliable, and friendly personality

• Problem-solving and teamwork skills are necessary
