• Proven closer:
  You've got at least two years' experience in recruiting for niche Accounting and Finance roles, so you know how to seal the deal. Your track record speaks for itself, with successful placements that have made clients come back to you again and again.
• Income driver:
  You're motivated by results. You thrive in a performance-based environment and are eager to maximize commissions through exceptional placements and strong candidate relationships.
• Relationship builder:
  You know recruitment is all about connections. Your ability to build rapport with clients and candidates allows you to develop long-term relationships that lead to repeat business.
• Strategic thinker:
  You're not just filling roles; you're crafting a pipeline of top-tier talent that keeps our organization thriving. You'll develop innovative sourcing strategies that help you exceed your recruitment goals.

• Ability to work on a flexible hybrid schedule
• Willingness to learn and succeed in a fun, supportive, fast-moving environment
• A very strong understanding of in demand Accounting & Finance skillsets, from analysts and accountants, to CPAs and controllers
• Excellent, easy, human communication skills
• Prior agency experience is considered an asset
• Candidates with a sales background are highly encouraged to apply
