As a Corporate Recruiter at CIMT College, your responsibility will encompass all aspects of recruiting top teaching faculty. With a minimum of 2-3 years of experience, you will employ ADP to streamline hiring processes, collaborate with managers to create accurate job postings, and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote job postings on social media to attract candidates

• Create job descriptions with hiring managers' input

• Screen resumes and manage the candidate pipeline via ADP

• Interview candidates at various stages of recruitment

• Respond to candidate inquiries regarding the hiring process

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of relevant corporate recruiting experience

• Comprehensive understanding of candidate relationship management

• Must have experience using ADP Career Centre

• Excellent multitasking abilities

• Strong ethical standards and judgement
