Your responsibilities will include collaborating with HR and addressing inquiries related to payroll—ideal for candidates with a strong analytical mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage weekly and biweekly payroll processes

• Validate payroll calculations for accuracy

• Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll issues

• Prepare and reconcile year-end payroll documents

• Assist in cross-training for payroll backup tasks

Requirements:

• Post-Secondary Degree in a relevant field

• Over 7 years of payroll processing experience

• Strong understanding of Ontario Employment Standards

• Proficient communication and analytical abilities

• Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred
