We're looking for an experienced HR Generalist who is excited by the opportunity to build, improve, and lead HR initiatives in a growing organization. Reporting directly to the CEO and serving as a member of the management team, you'll be the primary HR resource, partnering with leaders to attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent.

What You'll DoYou’ll lead all core HR functions, including:
- Full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
- Employee performance management and development
- Employee relations and manager coaching
- Benefits administration
- HR policy development and employment law compliance
- Health & Safety support
- Continuous improvement of HR programs and processes
We're looking for someone who has:
- A post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field
- 4+ years of progressive HR experience
- Experience as an HR Generalist with responsibility across multiple HR disciplines
- Strong recruitment and talent acquisition experience
- Knowledge of Ontario employment legislation, including the ESA and OHSA
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills
- The confidence to work independently while collaborating effectively with leaders across the business
- CHRP designation (or working toward one)
- Manufacturing or engineering industry experience
- Experience with Rippling or another HRIS
