Human Resources Generalist

We're looking for an experienced HR Generalist who is excited by the opportunity to build, improve, and lead HR initiatives in a growing organization. Reporting directly to the CEO and serving as a member of the management team, you'll be the primary HR resource, partnering with leaders to attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent.

You’ll lead all core HR functions, including:

• Full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
• Employee performance management and development
• Employee relations and manager coaching
• Benefits administration
• HR policy development and employment law compliance
• Health & Safety support
• Continuous improvement of HR programs and processes

We're looking for someone who has:

• A post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field
• 4+ years of progressive HR experience
• Experience as an HR Generalist with responsibility across multiple HR disciplines
• Strong recruitment and talent acquisition experience
• Knowledge of Ontario employment legislation, including the ESA and OHSA
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills
• The confidence to work independently while collaborating effectively with leaders across the business

• CHRP designation (or working toward one)
• Manufacturing or engineering industry experience
• Experience with Rippling or another HRIS
