Position: Total Rewards Analyst for U.S. Benefits
Join Chemtrade as a Total Rewards Analyst, focusing on U.S. employee benefits while working remotely. This contract position is ideal for detail-oriented analysts passionate about benefits administration.

In this 12-to-18-month contract role, you will provide critical support in administering employee benefits  will engage with employees and various departments, ensuring seamless operation of health plans, 401(k) retirement plans, and disability programs. Your analytical prowess will help resolve employee inquiries and foster continuous improvement of benefits processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage U.S. benefits programs and enrollments

• Respond to employee inquiries on coverage and eligibility

• Collaborate with vendors for issue resolution

• Oversee 401(k) plan administration and participant communications

• Track leave programs and maintain documentation

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in U.S. benefits

• Familiarity with U.S. benefit laws and regulations

• Strong analytical and reporting skills

• Effective communication with stakeholders

• Professionalism in handling sensitive information
