Shape your future in HR with OLDF as a Human Resources Consultant. This hybrid role offers insights into recruitment, payroll, and training, supporting a nonprofit mission.
Join OLDF's Human Resources team as either a current student or recent graduate in a relevant field. You will play a key role in recruitment activities, assist with employee onboarding, and manage vital HR documentation. This position provides you with a unique chance to contribute to community-focused initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review resumes and assist in the recruitment process
• Coordinate and schedule interviews efficiently
• Prepare documents and train new employees
• Organize and maintain HR data and employee files
• Provide administrative support and assist with HR reports
Requirements:
• Enrollment or recent graduation in Human Resources program
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and recruitment cycles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team
