Socket.dev in Brampton, Ontario, is seeking a Total Compensation and HRIS/HCM Manager to lead design, administration, and continuous improvement of compensation, benefits, retirement, and HR systems programs across Canada and the U.S.
You will partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, IT, and vendors to ensure total rewards programs are competitive, compliant, scalable, and aligned with business strategy, while managing HRIS/HCM processes.
