Position: Quality Director with Operational Focus

Become a key driving force as the Quality Director with an operational focus, enhancing our product reliability and team performance. Lead our quality strategy while coaching and mentoring staff.

This role is ideal for a seasoned quality leader who thrives on visibility in operations and real-time coaching. You will coordinate with various departments, including Engineering and Supply Chain, to ensure that quality is integrated from design to delivery. Your leadership will champion a culture of continuous improvement, focusing on accountability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive quality strategy aligned with objectives

• Lead teams to deliver reliable, high-quality products

• Oversee the Quality Management System to ensure compliance

• Engage directly with teams on the production floor

• Drive corrective actions and support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

• 8–10 years in quality leadership in manufacturing

• Strong expertise in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies

• Experience with ISO 9001 and other certifications

• Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills
