Key Responsibilities:
• Direct a team of agriculture-focused account managers
• Track and support team development through personalized coaching
• Establish impactful market strategies in collaboration with partners
• Manage the execution of annual business plans
• Build and nurture key client relationships
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent
• 7+ years of relevant banking experience
• Experience in team dynamics and coaching
• Background in commercial credit and business development
• Strong familiarity with agriculture industry
Lead your team in delivering exceptional agricultural banking services.
