Flipp is seeking a Senior Manager for its People Operations team to lead the strategy and execution of global People Services. You will build a coherent service delivery model and partner with various departments to enhance processes through technology and automation. Your leadership will define the employee lifecycle experience across multiple regions while fostering a culture centered on accountability and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead global People Services and enhance employee experience
• Develop scalable People Operations support across regions
• Partner with IT to drive HR technology automation
• Utilize data metrics for continuous operational improvement
• Ensure compliance with global HR regulations and policies
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in People Operations
• Experience in leading multi-regional HR teams
• Hands-on in HR technology installations and transformations
• Knowledge of compliance standards in two or more jurisdictions
• Proven track record in establishing HR service quality metrics
