On the Bell Business Markets team, you’ll be a vital part of making innovation happen for enterprise-scale customers. You’ll deliver advanced solutions in areas such as IoT, Mobility/5G, Cloud, Cyber Security, Voice, Collaboration & Contact Centre, and Internet & Private Networks.

The Senior Manager has direct reports that may include Project Coordinators, Project Managers, and Senior Project Managers. The Senior Manager has overall accountability for the management and delivery from Day 1 through Closeout of projects within the team, and is responsible for coaching, training, and development of team members. The Senior Manager also serves as an escalation point, providing insight and strategic guidance that improves project success.
This includes leadership on PMO-led transformation initiatives and collaboration with external stakeholders on key transformation initiatives. Finally, the Senior Manager ensures the team can effectively adjust to new business demands, technologies, and customers’ realities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide coaching support to staff on projects, including leading escalations
Conduct objective performance reviews with staff
Manage, track, and ensure progress against project management team objectives
Ensure teams adhere to project management best practices
Provide development plans and career path support
Facilitate team meetings and project reviews with staff regularly
Manage relationships with key stakeholders (CDM, Sales, Executives, etc.) from a project perspective
Ensure project management tool updates and audit compliance
Communicate regularly with leadership on status of business and key weekly priorities
Create and customize clear communications with teams regarding business decisions and organizational or team changes
Collaborate with team on strategies and execution
Participate in HR and team administration duties
Key contributor to all project management-related transformation initiatives
Support team members through changes (organizational, tool, processes, etc.)
Provide leadership to project delivery teams and serve as the main interface to client senior executives and Bell executives as required
Critical Qualifications
Significant experience in a client‑facing delivery role, leading complex, large‑scale, multi‑site teams
Experience driving and supporting change management initiatives in sizeable environments
Experience managing financials and aggressive timelines (full P&L, budgets, timelines, project milestones)
Proven track record of leading a large, diverse, geographically dispersed team and instilling shared purpose and delivery performance
Clear, open, and effective communication skills with strong facilitation and conflict resolution abilities
Self‑starter with demonstrated initiative, enthusiasm, and energy
Excellent interpersonal, relationship‑building, and leadership skills
Strong team player who fosters a collaborative environment
Demonstrated coaching/mentoring experience and skills
Solid management experience working effectively in direct and virtual teams
Proven advanced project management experience and results
Excellent problem‑solving and strategic thinking with ability to work with ambiguity
Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
Solid business acumen and knowledge of business practices and processes
University degree or equivalent business experience
PMP certification mandatory
Agile methodology knowledge is an asset
Adequate knowledge of French required for positions in Quebec
