Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate daily work activities from logs

• Supervise sorting operations for safety and productivity

• Identify staffing requirements and assign tasks accordingly

• Monitor performance metrics for individuals and teams

• Advise on inventory management, resolve discrepancies

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required

• 1-3 years of experience in logistics or warehouse settings

• Strong leadership and staff training skills

• Knowledge of safety and operational protocols

• Availability for varied shifts, including weekends
