QRC Logistics is hiring a Picking Team Lead in Halton Hills, ON. This full-time position emphasizes leadership and efficient order fulfillment in our growing 3PL warehouse operation.
In this key role, you will lead a team of order pickers, ensuring high standards of productivity and safety are met within the warehouse. You will be accountable for maintaining operational KPIs and supporting your team's growth through coaching and development. Ideal for a motivated leader ready to make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coach a dynamic picking team
• Monitor order accuracy and team performance
• Address inventory inaccuracies and operational issues
• Uphold safety standards and compliance procedures
• Report on operational metrics and drive improvements
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of warehouse experience required
• Leadership experience in logistics environments preferred
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and RF scanning
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work actively
