Transform the client journey as the Stage Experience Manager at Sephora Canada in Brampton, Ontario. Lead sales teams and drive exceptional beauty services in-store.
In this full-time role, you'll mentor Beauty Advisors and enhance the client service experience through innovative solutions and effective training. Foster a collaborative environment while managing the services offered at the Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio.
Key Responsibilities:
• Train new hires and existing Beauty Advisors
• Manage the reservation system for services efficiently
• Maintain visual merchandising according to standards
• Engage with brand representatives for optimal training
• Ensure a streamlined check-in process for clients
Requirements:
• 2-4 years of management experience in the beauty sector
• Proven ability to coach and develop teams
• Entrepreneurial spirit for event execution
• Strong time-management skills and composure
• Passion for beauty and makeup artistry is beneficial
