Navitas Partners seeks an accomplished Senior Project Manager to guide a key audit remediation initiative in a financial services setting. This role involves collaborating across teams to close high-severity findings and establish a comprehensive governance structure. Your ability to manage stakeholder relationships at all levels will be critical for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct audit remediation efforts across multiple teams
• Establish governance frameworks and reporting structures
• Oversee compliance tracking and risk mitigation processes
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and facilitate steering committees
• Ensure timely program delivery with regulatory attention
Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years in Project/Program Management
• Experience in regulated Banking or Financial Services
• Strong audit remediation and governance background
• Proficient in risk frameworks and patch management
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
