Key Responsibilities:
• Manage sales processes for various ticket options
• Assist with deliveries and inventory management
• Coach and train new employees for peak performance
• Resolve customer complaints to enhance satisfaction
• Participate in team events for community building
Requirements:
• Experience supervising and inspiring a team
• Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting
