Location: Halton Hills
Elevate warehouse operations at Metrie by becoming our Operations Manager in Halton Hills, Ontario. This role focuses on team development and enhancing customer experiences.
This dynamic position requires leadership in daily operations, strategic planning, and staff management. You’ll partner with various teams to drive performance, safety, and operational enhancements. Manage the expansion project for the new exterior door shop, integrating it into our existing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily warehouse operations and maintain compliance
• Promote a positive culture aligned with Metrie’s values
• Manage onboarding and performance evaluations of staff
• Collaborate with leaders on budgeting and KPI tracking
• Conduct inventory audits and improve operational efficiency
Requirements:
• Degree in a related field or equivalent manufacturing experience
• Minimum of 5 years in a managerial position
• Knowledge of supply chain and warehousing practices
• Strong ability to lead and inspire teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus
