Assistant General Manager

Role Overview

This role is tailored for a critical leadership partner—a co-pilot to the General Manager and someone the store staff can rely on for guidance and growth. You will partner with the GM to create a highly productive environment in which customers have an extraordinary experience, employees can do their best, and the business thrives. You are primarily accountable for developing and maintaining staff selling and service skills, and for the day-to-day operations of running a successful business with an authentic approach.

• Oversee the development of client relationships and drive business initiatives.
• Set clear goals and expectations and hold people accountable to high standards of excellence.
• Build a world-class talent team that delivers an exceptional retail experience.
• Partner with the GM to create a highly productive environment for customers, employees, and business success.

• Undergraduate degree in business or a fashion-related discipline (a plus).
• 3-5 years of management experience.
• Proven track record of success.
