The Technical Team Lead will supervise and support a team of technical associates, ensuring KPIs are met through effective coaching and task assignment. This role requires strong technical knowledge of consumer electronics repair, as well as the ability to refine workflows and maintain documentation on productivity. Collaborate effectively with fellow team leads and supervisors to enhance department performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily workloads and assign tasks
• Coach and train associates, offering feedback
• Identify workflow gaps and recommend solutions
• Produce and review productivity and quality reports
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in consumer electronics repair
• Prior experience in a service center or technical environment
• Strong technical knowledge of client processing
• Familiarity with 5S methodology
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
