Responsibilities   Assign health care workers to specific projects and programs
Coordinate the delivery of health care services within the department
Direct and control daily operations
Evaluate daily operations
Plan and organize daily operations
Establish and implement policies and procedures for delivery of health care services
Hire, train, direct and motivate staff
Develop evaluation systems to monitor health care services
Oversee the analysis of data and information
Oversee the preparation of reports
Co-ordinate work of doctors, nurses and other staff
Consult with boards of directors, senior managers and government officials
Supervision  5-10 people
Credentials   Certification for drug administration by injection and intranasal route
