Located at the Williams Parkway Operations Centre, you will define program direction and align operations to meet departmental service plans. You'll lead a diverse team, ensuring high morale and productivity while managing escalated customer concerns and overseeing budget preparation. Your expertise in project management and negotiation will be vital in enhancing relationships with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee program development and ensure quality assurance
• Conduct staff performance reviews and goal-setting meetings
• Facilitate conflict resolution and customer support
• Manage annual budgets and negotiate with vendors
• Lead transportation safety projects and initiatives
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Engineering or Business Administration
• Minimum of 5 years' related experience preferred
• Three years of management experience required
• Comprehensive knowledge of municipal legislation is a plus
• Solid Microsoft Office skills needed
