As a Senior Team Lead, you will supervise operations critical to daily trading and cash management. Collaborate closely with the outsourcing provider while managing all aspects of trade execution and oversight. Ideal candidates will bring analytical skills and demonstrated leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily trade operations and performance standards

• Lead communication with Middle Office outsourcing teams

• Oversee trade execution and reconciliation processes

• Coordinate monthly reconciliations of client holdings

• Drive special projects in trade management

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in finance or economics

• At least 5 years in the Mutual Fund or Portfolio management sector

• Proficient in Excel with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience in leading teams and people development

• Strong communication skills with stakeholders
